Late night thoughts 💭

Hey Lovelies,

So I was online looking at this tshirt and hoodie. I was thinking of purchasing the hoodie because I wanted to be supportive of this brand. I really admire the creator and love their mission. But I had a moment and I stopped and thought to myself, “Now, if I‘m willing to pay this amount of money PLUS s&h JUST to support this brand then why can‘t I put this amount of money into my OWN brand. Something that I have been working on for years????” I had to stop and take a moment to think, why is it that we are so willing to support other brands yet hesitant when it comes to us? I know why... It’s because we believe more in other people and their success than we do ourselves. We are so afraid to see the best happen for us so we don’t even try. I’ll be honest and say that for me it’s true. My insecurities will tell you I know God is more than capable of doing the most for us but why would he do it for ME? And I know that I’m not the only one. BUT even though my insecurities may tell you one thing, my FAITH says this:

I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

I am the head and not the tail.

I am above only and never beneath.

I am worthy.

I am loved.

I am more than enough.

What my God has for me is for ME.

I encourage you to take a step of faith and just believe in the God in you. With just the faith of a mustard seed you will see mountains move. Be your biggest cheerleader. Believe and have faith in the purpose that has been planted inside of you. You are more than enough. God saw fit for YOU to be here for this very moment. You are needed. You are loved. You are wanted. There are people in dire need of YOUR ministry. You were sent here for a reason. This is your season.

**P.S. Please don’t mistake this post as me saying not to support small businesses. My purpose for this post is to encourage you to think more highly of yourself and your mission. If you find yourself carelessly investing into the growth of someone else’s brand when you have dust on that business plan of your own, then take this post as a nudge in the right direction.**

**UPDATE**

I wrote this post 1 week ago. After I finished, I grabbed my laptop and ordered 2 out of the 29 items I had been working on for the past week and a half. I’ve been sitting on my purpose out of fear. Who cares about those who won’t understand your vision?!? Who cares about those who don’t support your mission?!? Those who need that gift and purpose that God placed inside of you will seek you out. God will put you in place others may never go. Your gift will make room. Believe in the God in you!! Don't sleep on it. (These are straight out the bag so they are pretty wrinkled but they are MINE and I absolutely love them!!💜)
